Florian recently visited our esteemed partner, MHM Direct GB, in the United Kingdom (also responsible for Ireland). After handing over the company to his capable sons, Jordan and Josh Potter, John has taken on a new role as an independent consultant. This change has allowed John to bring his extensive knowledge and experience to the table, adding even more value to MHM. With his unmatched expertise and deep understanding of the daily operations and unique requirements of each screen printer, Johnโ€™s contributions are truly invaluable. We are incredibly proud to have MHM Direct GB and John as our trusted and experienced partners, as they continue to surpass expectations and set new industry standards.

Important announcement
December 2nd, 2024

Dear friends and partners of MHM,

we wish to provide an update regarding the recent developments at MHM. As everyone has heard, MHM has unfortunately run into financial difficulties. The cause of the financial difficulties was in the past and it has hindered the continuation of the company immensely.ย In response, we have taken decisive steps to secure the future of the MHM brand and restore its market position through the establishment of a successor company. After disputes between the insolvency administrator and the owner of the company, the insolvency administrator has decided to create clear conditions:

    1. the owner will be expropriated.
    2. The company Machines Highest Mechatronic GmbH is closed in order to be able to carry out the expropriation.
This now means:
  1. The company is no longer owned by Ulrich Loser (Lโ€™fficiency Holding GmbH).
  2. The corporation will continue to operate under the name MHM (as a trademark) and the business will be maintained. We are pleased to report a strong order pipeline.
  3. The company has been listed for sale as of November 14, 2024, and numerous interested parties have already come forward.
  4. A new entity will eventually be established to carry forward MHMโ€™s legacy under a new name.
We acknowledge that this transition has caused temporary disruptions, particularly with service and spare parts delivery. Hereโ€™s how we plan to address this:

1.Spare parts:

Deliveries of outstanding orders will commence onย December 9th, 2024, with completion expected byย December 31st, 2024.

2.Machines production:

Production of new machines is resuming, with existing orders scheduled for delivery within 12-15 weeks. The first units are being shipped this week.

Our top priority is to fulfill all existing commitments while focusing on the near future. We are also excited to announce that, despite recent challenges, we have made significant progress on several new product developments. These innovations will be introduced to the market soon, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for MHM.
