These floodbars are meticulously manufactured using high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability and reducing the risk of any potential ‘edge damage’ during the cleaning process. It is worth noting that floodbars made from aluminum can be quite delicate and prone to damage if mishandled or dropped carelessly into the cleaning booth. Such damages can lead to ‘edge damage’ and result in ripped screens during subsequent print runs.
